Walk from St. Margaret’s Bay to Dover - great uphills!

Yesterday I went on a walk from St. Margaret’s Bay to Dover along the White Cliffs of Dover.
I used a route provided by WalkingWorld which is described as follows:
St Margaret’s Bay - South Foreland Lighthouse - Fox Hill Down
A moderate circular walk from St Margaret’s Bay, taking in the fantastic views of the English Channel along the clifftops and on past the South Foreland Lighthouse (NT) and up to the viewpoint at Fox Hill Down, overlooking the busy ferry terminal at Dover.
Distance 5.59 miles
Duration 180 mins
Height gain 107m
I spent about 2.5 hours walking but didn’t follow the planned route too closely as I found some nice uphill and downhill stretches and decided to go up and down these. The altitude graph provided by my Suunto X6 watch gives you an indication of the number of times I went up and downhill.
Here’s a pic of one of the uphill stretches:
More pics of the walk can be found here and you can download the related Google KML showing the route and waypoints here.
